1. Eligibility

• The cashback offer is available to all Kredit Hero borrowers who successfully obtain a loan through the Kredit Hero platform within the promo period.

• Borrowers must register for the cashback program prior or at the moment of their loan application. Registration is mandatory for eligibility. Register here

• Only loans that are fully approved and disbursed are eligible for the cashback.

• Borrowers are entitled to a fixed cashback payout depending on the value of their loan deal, as per the table below:

• The cashback will be processed only after Kredit Hero has received the lender’s fee payment.

• Cashback will be credited to the borrower’s registered bank account in full within 30 days of loan completion.

• The cashback amount is considered gross income, and any applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the borrower, with Kredit Hero withholding the required amounts in accordance with relevant laws.

• The cashback program is not applicable for loans below 1 million PHP.

• Borrowers must register for the cashback program during the loan application process in order to be eligible for the cashback.

• Failure to register at the time of application will result in ineligibility for the cashback, regardless of loan approval and completion.

• This offer is valid for loan applications submitted on or before December 31, 2024.

• Kredit Hero reserves the right to modify or terminate the cashback program at any time without prior notice.

• Kredit Hero reserves the right to withhold, amend, or discontinue the cashback offer in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violations of the terms of the loan agreement.

• This offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or compliance with these terms, Kredit Hero’s decision will be final and binding.

• The cashback will not be accounted for as customer rebates or discounts, but as a part of the company’s promotional activities. Additionally, the cashback shall be disclosed as a gross amount subject to applicable taxes.

• Kredit Hero is not responsible for any bank transfer delays or other unforeseen events that may delay the receipt of the cashback.

• This cashback offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of reward or compensation.
